New leisure venue coming to previous The Hive internet site in 5 Factors South

City Parc, a dining and leisure venue, is transferring into the previous web-site of  The Hive (1006 20th St. South) in the heart of the 5 Points South Leisure District.

On January 31st, the Birmingham Town Council accepted Urban Parc’s liquor license, clearing a major hurdle for  the institution. 

What to Assume

City Parc is the brainchild of Draper Mason, the proprietor of City Smoke Bar and Grill in Fairfield. In accordance to the Birmingham Enterprise Journal, the new amusement venue will include the following:

  • Upscale eating working experience
  • Rooftop bar
  • Cinema known as Sights

Situated upcoming to Homewood Suites and only a block away from the famed 5 Details “Storyteller Fountain” — City Parc is launching its undertaking at the ideal time.
